Hermit Crabs

  • Hermit Crabs live on beaches. Beaches are hot and humid so Hermit Crabs will need 70% - 80% humidity, and 70 to 80 degrees fahrenheit for temperature.
  • Beaches have lots of Salt Water. Hermit Crabs need salt water to bathe.
  • You will need lots of extra shells becuase hermit crabs grow and they will need to switch them out.
  • They will need a good diet of fruits and vegetables. Hermit crabs can actually eat a lot of human foods because they are scavengers.
